Just finishing off building a Gangster 75 - £60 is a bargain!! Being a kit, it takes quite a lot of extras to finish the model which adds greatly to the finished cost not to mention the time involved making the model in the first place!

Hi phil I know what's needed, but I need to clear away some models. The 75 is a great flyer and I built this one so that I could get used to a 75" model in anticipation of ta 74" Mick Reeves Spitfire. It fulfilled it's potential and then some more because it then became my hack model for a long time. I just kept coming back to it when I I needed to feel better about my flying. I think the gallery has a couple of photos of me carrying it out of the rape at Toux during one of the fly-ins. Ran out of fuel, if I remember correctly. Now, hopefully someone else can get some pleasure from it. I will miss it. Bob

Bob, I have owned a Gangster 63 in the past and that was to get used to a 60 size model (quite a while ago!) I bought the Gangster 75 for the purpose of running in my new OS 120 four stroke engine - first four stroke I have owned - bought it when in the States and it was £100 cheaper than Als Hobbies! I am sure the 75 will be a good stable model for the OS.

The OS 120 should be ideal. Paul fitted an OS 120 to my Gangster but he never got round to flying it - it would have added anothe engine to its inventory! Bob

Also will be trying out my first 2.4 radio set, with telemetery of all things! So far the telemetery is hooked up to the RX battery but it can be used for engine RPM and engine temperature as well. Still to do a range test and final set up but everything seems to be doing what it says in the manual!
