It is with deepest regret I have to report that Bob Webster passed away last night. He has been a stalwart supporter of the Club since its inception, a very keen model builder and a competent flyer, as well as carrying out the onerous duties of Secretary of the Club for many years. Our thoughts go out to his wife Ann and family at this time. Details of the funeral will be posted in the press.

Oh dear! I'm so very very sad to read that - poor Bob, he must have gone down hill very quickly.
Bill, can you post the funeral details here when it's available please?

The guys at IDMFC are saddened to hear about Bob - tigermoth on our Forum too. He told me last year that he was unwell and that he may not get another full flying season. Then he immediately joked about having just bought a new lathe. He was always a keen supporter of interclub activity and we will certainly miss him. Of course the greatest loss is to his family so our thoughts are with them.
